1. Eligibility

Employees, officers, and directors of Women Gun Owners Association of America (“WGOAA”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor

Women Gun Owners Association of America, a Nevada limited liability company (LLC), [insert business address], is the sponsor of this giveaway.

3. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted online starting at 12:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on August 15, 2025 and ending at 11:59 PM EDT on August 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). All online entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

A. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):

Visit www.wgoaa.org during the Promotion Period and complete the entry form with your name, email address, and any other required fields.

One (1) free entry per person via the online form.

B. Bonus Entries Through Membership or Purchases:

You may earn additional entries by becoming a WGOAA member or making qualifying purchases from WGOAA during the Promotion Period.

You will receive ten (10) additional entries for every $1 spent.

Membership and purchases are entirely optional. Your chances of winning without making a purchase are the same as someone with the same number of entries obtained through free methods.

5. Prize

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the sole discretion of WGOAA.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days of the end of the Promotion Period by WGOAA or its designated representative, whose decisions are final.

The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days following the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days from the time notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Additional entries increase your odds of winning, but no purchase is necessary to enter or win.

8. Rights Granted by You

By entering, you grant WGOAA the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless WGOAA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur directly or indirectly from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

10. Disputes

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this giveaway, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between you and WGOAA shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Clark County, Nevada.
