This is not theory. Both of your hosts have spent years inside the discomfort they're going to discuss — and have the training, repetition, and lived experience to back it up.

Hannah Hannah

The Tactical Stylist

Competition shooter, dry-fire devotee, and student of performance under pressure. Hannah started in defensive training — CWP, home defense, concealment — before competition forced her to put everything to the test on the clock.

What she's learned at the line has reshaped how she trains, how she stands, and how she moves through every other corner of her life.

The Gun Is A Mirror

Most Women Spend Their Lives Responding To Pressure — Without Ever Being Taught How To Regulate Themselves Inside It.

And strangely enough… firearms training reveals that very quickly.

The gun doesn't care about your intentions. It reflects:

  • Your breathing
  • Your hesitation
  • Your focus
  • Your discipline
  • Your presence under pressure

In many ways, it becomes a mirror.

The Conversation

What We'll Discuss

This is not a seminar about becoming a competitive shooter. It is a discussion about composure — about pressure exposing where we panic, where we hesitate, and where we still need work. About discipline becoming a form of self-respect.

  • Why pressure reveals your level of preparation
  • The difference between routine and true discipline
  • How firearms training becomes immediate feedback for your mental and emotional state
  • The relationship between posture, confidence, and nervous system regulation
  • How dry fire and repetition build self-trust
  • What competition shooting taught Hannah about composure under stress
  • The role fitness, recovery, and physical readiness play in emotional resilience
  • Why learning to regulate yourself changes far more than your shooting

"Calm is not something you either have or don't. Calm is trained."

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Register

Why do I need to register?

Registration gives you access to the live event room alongside other like-minded women from across the country. We will not be livestreaming this publicly. You need to be in the room with us to experience it.

By registering, you'll also be able to:

  • Participate in the live chat
  • Ask questions directly to the host
  • Receive your private event access link
  • Get event reminders so you don't miss it
Where is this event happening?

Online, inside our virtual studio. Think of it like Zoom — except you will not be on camera. Join comfortably from home using any device with an internet connection.

How is this different than The Armed Female Academy (AFA)?

The Armed Female Academy is WGOAA's official educational branch focused on practical firearms education for women — helping women safely purchase, handle, shoot, and carry firearms through structured instruction.

The WGOAA Collective is different. These discussions are broader and more exploratory. They focus on the mindset, discipline, confidence, composure, lifestyle, and personal growth side of becoming a more capable woman. The firearm is often part of the discussion — but not always the center of it.

How much does this event cost?

FREE. Simply register and your private link to join will be emailed to you.

Can I watch this live on YouTube?

No. We will not be livestreaming this discussion publicly. Those who show up for these events do it like they mean it.

Can I watch the replay after the event is over?

Yes — if you are a WGOAA member. The replay will be uploaded to the WGOAA membership portal a few days after the event concludes. Replays are reserved exclusively for official members of WGOAA and The Armed Sisterhood.

If you are not yet a member, attending live is your best opportunity to experience the event.

Is this women only?

Yes. This is a women-only event and discussion space.

Do I need firearms experience to attend?

Not at all. This discussion is designed to be valuable for women who are brand new to firearms, already carrying regularly, interested in preparedness and confidence, or simply looking to become more composed under pressure. You do not need competition experience or advanced firearms knowledge to participate.

Is this a competitive shooting seminar?

No. Competition shooting is simply one of the lenses used during this discussion to explore discipline, performance, composure, and self-awareness under pressure. This is not a technical "how to compete" seminar.

Will I be able to ask questions live?

Yes. One of the biggest advantages of attending live is the ability to participate in the chat and ask questions directly during the discussion.

How long is the event?

Plan for approximately 60–90 minutes depending on live discussion and audience Q&A.

One Evening. One Conversation. One Shift.

Calm Women Are Trained Women.

Join women from across the country for an evening of honest discussion, practical insight, and a different perspective on what firearms training can become when it is aligned with the modern woman.
